The Tullamore Apartments complex consists of 102 new residences ranging between 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, complete with amenities. Parking is located on Basement 1 and part of the Ground Floor. Level 2, 3 and 4 are typical apartment layouts. Level 6 houses the services roof plant.
Drafting Solutions was engaged to install mechanical services. This consisted of fan coil units for the apartments, exhaust systems for the apartments, and carpark and all associated ductwork and pipework.
Although typically use our own Drafting Solutions template and families, this project required the use of the PJM Revit template and associated families.
Drafting Solutions worked with our client to understand how to best utilise their template and how to best produce drawings they would be happy with to complete their job with accuracy and expediency.
