This University of South Australia Heath Innovation Building (HIB) is another project located within the North Terrace Biomed facility. The new $247m health and research facility, designed to support a collaborative and holistic approach to health research, features a Centre for Cancer Biology (CCB), Museum of Discovery (MOD) and an Innovation and Collaboration Centre. The building opened in 2018.
Our drafting services involved providing coordinated shop drawings for all electrical, power and lighting services and systems within the building.
The HIB project has been continually evolving throughout the design and constriction phases, which has meant there have been changes within the process that we have been required to respond to.
We were very reactive throughout this project to respond to constant changes, while managing service coordination. We delivered all electrical, power, lighting and containment shop drawings for the site. As constructed drawings were also supplied upon completion.
