The redevelopment of the Nepean Hospital is a multi-stage project. The NSW Government committed $550 million to deliver Stage 1 and $450 million to deliver Stage 2. This will also include the construction of a $26 million multi-storey car park on Barber Avenue to support the expanded services on campus.
Drafting Solutions was engaged to model the wet fire pipework for this project.
At the time Drafting Solutions was engaged, a fire contractor had not yet been awarded a contract. Drafting Solutions was engaged directly by the builder to help fast-track the modelling process.
Drafting Solutions worked closely with the builder and the other service contractors to ensure the modelling was accurate and coordinated. We then completed a staged handover with the fire contractor when the contract was awarded.
