Whyalla Secondary College

Construction of the new $100 million state-of-the-art secondary school in Whyalla is now complete, with the school opening in term 1 of 2022. Whyalla Secondary College is designed to accommodate 1,500 students in years 7 to 12, and this number includes 48 inclusive places for students with disability.

Thomas Foods

After a significant fire in January 2018, Thomas Foods have commenced building a new state-of-the-art meat processing facility in South Australia. The project will incorporate beef processing facilities, animal handling facilities designed to the highest animal welfare standards, beef boning room with automated packaging technology, stockyards, employee amenities and administration facilities, fully automated carton chilling, freezing and storage systems, and electrical, refrigeration and boiler systems to the highest energy efficiency standards.

Knox Hospital

The Knox Hospital expansion project is helping to meet the growing demand for health care across Melbourne’s east. The expansion will incorporate a brand new, three storey north tower, including 60 patient beds with private accommodation across two wards, increasing the patient beds to over 380.

Footscray Hospital

The new $1.5 billion Footscray Hospital will support the increasing demand from Melbourne’s booming western suburbs, ensuring families can get the care they need close to home. With an increase of nearly 200 beds, the new hospital will treat approximately 15,000 additional patients and enable around 20,000 additional people to be seen by the emergency department each year.

Construction of the new Footscray Hospital is now underway, with the hospital expected to open in 2025.

The University of South Australia Heath Innovation Building (HIB)

This University of South Australia Heath Innovation Building (HIB) is another project located within the North Terrace Biomed facility. The new $247m health and research facility, designed to support a collaborative and holistic approach to health research, features a Centre for Cancer Biology (CCB), Museum of Discovery (MOD) and an Innovation and Collaboration Centre. The building opened in 2018.

Adelaide Health and Medical Sciences Building (AHMS)

Opened in early 2017, the 14-level Adelaide Health and Medical Sciences building, next door to SAHMRI, is part of the Adelaide University Health and Biomedical Precinct. With a project cost of $246 million, the hub will be an internationally recognised facility where students have access to new learning spaces, lecture halls, skill-based laboratories and medical training simulation.

RAH

Opened in late 2017, the new Royal Adelaide Hospital is South Australia’s flagship hospital.  A 275,000m multi-storey building consisting of 40 operating theatres and 800 beds, including 100 same-day beds, the hospital treats an estimated 85,000 inpatients and 400,000 outpatients every year.

Tullamore Apartments

The Tullamore Apartments complex consists of 102 new residences ranging between 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, complete with amenities. Parking is located on Basement 1 and part of the Ground Floor. Level 2, 3 and 4 are typical apartment layouts. Level 6 houses the services roof plant.

Adelaide Oval Redevelopment

The Adelaide Oval redevelopment began construction in 2012, with two new grandstands and a refresh of the current amenities at the facility. With the aim of being the sporting destination for South Australia, Adelaide Oval is now home to the AFL teams the Adelaide Crows and Port Adelaide Power, a variety of Australian local and international cricket as well as hosting a series of domestic and international sporting events throughout the year.
