Drafting Solutions is your solution to a clear, streamlined service co-ordinated installation. We offer a number of services that can be used independently for specific jobs, or combined to form part of a large scale project.

Service Co-ordination
The most important part of any project is the planning. It applies to design, build and the co-ordination of various trades. Having an overview of where everything fits makes life a lot easier for everyone concerned. And, most importantly, it makes for a timely, cost-effective build.
Shop Drawings
Design is one thing, construction is another. However, the two should be seamless. Our Shop Drawings give those on site a clear, precise picture of the construction process. Surveyors, engineers, builders and other involved parties can clearly see the work they have in front them. The design brought to life.
Family Creation
There are hundreds of objects, materials and components that are used in a building project. Collating and sorting this information into ‘families’ is a required process in any major build. It’s a process in which we excel. We create ‘libraries’ of products, enabling accurate budgeting and timely delivery.
As Constructed Drawings
We make sure that all the installations are accurately represented – everything on-screen is exactly where it is on-site. This makes on-going maintenance and future problem-solving much easier and more cost-efficient.
Operations & Maintenance Manuals
Hand in hand with our As Constructed Drawings, our O&M Manuals provide written descriptions of installed systems, with detailed instructions for operation and maintenance. They are straight-forward and easy to understand, providing accurate information that can be accessed with confidence.
3d Modelling
Using Revit and Navisworks from our Autodesk Design Suites, we provide clear, easy to interpret 3-D visuals of the project. The size and scope of the build are immediately obvious, allowing services to be well co-ordinated, and eliminating costly mistakes brought about by complicated conventional plans.
Building Information Models
The information contained within our 3-D Modelling is extensive. From it, we create dynamic spreadsheets for the streamlining of services, and the ordering and procuring of materials. This information also allows for easy identification of individual components for Asset and Facilities Management at the completion of a project.
