Rising 30 Stories into the sky, Kodo Apartments is the highest residential apartment building in Adelaide. Kodo Apartments will incorporate 208 apartments plus ground floor retail and commercial tenancies.

THE TASK

Drafting Solutions was contracted to provide shop drawings and as constructed drawings for this project.

THE CHALLENGE

Kodo apartments was a design & construct contract. The design was evolving during the construction of the project and there were tight time frames to meet to ensure there were no delays to the construction.

THE SOLUTION

Drafting Solutions worked closely with our client to ensure all dead lines where achieved and all design changes were captured during the documentation process.
